Gasgoo.com ĘC The result of customer satisfaction research on 2015 China auto industry had been announced in Beijing recently. Chinese Automotive Technology & Research Centre (CATRC) held the ceremony together with Chinese Customers Journal and some other agencies.
From September to December in 2014, CATRC had researched on 88 passenger car models in 34 cities of China for satisfaction of round 20,000 car owners about auto products and services and worked out a ranking list by analyzing data in scientific methods.
In accordance with research result, the average score of 88 passenger car models investigated by CATARC is 774 points of 1000 points for full marks, declining by 9 points YoY. The satisfactions of products and services declines by 10 and 8 points and the scores of mini, compact, midsize and SUV models all declines. The obvious amounts of decrease are 9 and 13 of midsize and SUV models.
For midsize vehicle, the satisfactions of products and services are 792 points and 786 points, among which the score of services declines by 11 points YoY. The most dissatisfied index is the rationality of after-sales service charging.
For SUV, the satisfactions of products and services are 777 points and 778 points, among which the score of products declines by 14 points YoY. The main reason is that some car manufactures are hurry to introduce SUV models for the growing market and to develop SUVs on the sedan platforms, which made some power or fuel efficiency problems.
In the ceremony, Verna, New Polo and Yaris L won best mini models awards. Crider, New Focus and New Golf won best compact models awards. Accord, Magotan and Lacrosse won best middle model awards. New Tiguan, RAV4 and CR-V won best SUV awards.
Besides, GWA Haval H6 won best Chinese model award. EADO, Emgrand EC7, BAIC E series, Besturn X80, Tiggo 5, Trumpchi GS5 won best Chinese potential models awards.
